The secret behind the taste of our focaccia is time! The dough gets a day or more time to develop its rich taste. Topping of the focaccia with olive oil, mozzarella, peppers, olives or other Italian ingredients makes this southern delight simply irresistible.
Our focaccia’s are made according to Italian recipe and traditional process, giving the dough all the time to develop its rich flavor. Next the focaccia’s are formed, richly sprinkled by hand, raised and baked on a baking tray. Freezing the focaccia’s after baking guarantees their freshness and taste.
